Simple and clean property with great AC. The communal lounge and roof terrace was a great addition. It was perfect for meeting up with my friends who were staying in the monte baldo hotel less than 5 mins walk away. The taverna restaurant opposite the flat was lovely and you are a 2 minute walk from the ferry station to go and explore lake Garda
Nothing at the price, though a few more essentials would have been helpful - towel for dishes etc but otherwise well appointed for a single traveler or couple.

Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist definitiv die Terrasse mit Mega-Panorama Blick. Sie wird mit den beiden anderen Wohnungen im Haus geteilt, aber wir hatten sie die meiste Zeit für uns alleine, obwohl die anderen Wohnungen belegt waren.
Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und für unseren Geschmack schön und modern eingerichtet.
Es war auch nicht laut, obwohl die Wohnung zu einer Seite an einer Hauptstraße liegt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist extrem spärlich, da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.
Das WC ist undicht, es läuft Wasser ins Bad. Das ist wohl schon einige Zeit so, wie die Bilder von Alessandro zeigen.
Auch der Duschschlauch ist undicht.
Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die man mir relativ geringem Aufwand beheben könnte.

The location was great and the property was gorgeous. I loved the fact that there were only three rooms total, so not too much noise or other guests. We had the terrace to ourselves every night.
The bed was a bit stiff and the pillows were flimsy. The shower had a leak out of the head but it didn’t ruin the shower. Also, the house needs a cheese grater!
