I loved everything about the property.
I did not like that they didn't have shower chairs for older persons. I ordered one on instacart .

Getting to central Washington DC by metro is ideal — the station is right nearby.
Breakfast was good — warm waffles, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, protein, bagels, fruits, cereal, juice. Really enjoyed it

You can tell it’s a new hotel. Nice scenery
We did not have hot water in our room. I told guess service staff and although he was nice nothing was rectified. My daughter and I were there for a cheer competition and my children had to take a cold shower and then go out into the cold. First they said it was the 4th & 5th floor then when I asked if I would be able to go to another room for hot water but they said it was the entire property. I was given snacks in replace of a non working water heater to this new Hilton. As a Hilton honors member, I can say this was a first!
