The customer was great l like that the hotel had breakfast fir the guests, pool and gym. I have mexico car , they provided a charge station as well.

The location of this hotel to different shops and restaurants is awesome!!! I plan on staying there again on my next trip to the area!!!

My reservation was for four nights and the first three nights their was a constant banging noise from the room above me. I contacted the front desk and they addressed the issue the first night but the noise didn’t stop!!!

Wonderful large suite. Beds and bedding were fantastic. Staff are five-star. Every one we encountered was professional, polite and actually interested in speaking with us. A RARE find at any hotel.

Shower wasn't clean. Water temp needs refinement. Stayed WAY too hot without being able to find a comfortable temp and then was too cold. Also pulling and getting out of our car, we were greeted by a cloud of 'pot' stink. And the next morning walking past the outside seating by the pool, it stunk again. Terrible.

We did not have hot water in our room. I told guess service staff and although he was nice nothing was rectified. My daughter and I were there for a cheer competition and my children had to take a cold shower and then go out into the cold. First they said it was the 4th & 5th floor then when I asked if I would be able to go to another room for hot water but they said it was the entire property. I was given snacks in replace of a non working water heater to this new Hilton. As a Hilton honors member, I can say this was a first!
