The location to the city is excellent as well as Port Adelaide where I attended meetings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living area was cozy and comfy for working at the dining table and lounging in front of tv in the evening. Bathrooms are lovely and shower pressure great.

There was construction happening across the lane which started at 7am every morning and was very loud. The front bedroom was quite loud and neighbours can be heard all hours due to the tight proximity of surrounding homes. The garage is very a tight fit for car with limited turning space due to small laneway. We managed with small car but would certainly have trouble with an SUV or 4WD.

I felt safe and comfortable, was able to cook and look after myself well. Thanks for the chocolate

Comfortable bed, new facilities. Washing machine, dryer with detergent and full kitchen amenities provided. We extended two nights directly with urban rest.

Water isn’t very warm for showering. After we feedback to staff, they provided kind assistance which kind of resolved it for awhile. Next day it occurred again. Also, there were construction work directly beside the unit, when we arrived on the second day, a piece of big machinery was parked right outside our unit on Friday afternoon, which directly block our walkway and garage. Despite our feedback and escalation, the staff only offered to pay for one night parking despite the machinery only being removed on Monday afternoon (three days). We have a toddler with us and it is impossible to wiggle through with a pram. Two persons have to carry it to access the front door. We also happen to just do street parking to be near our unit. Also we are concerned with safety because people can climb on the machinery and easily break into the unit via second floor balcony. Overall, they didn’t offer any solution to us and just offer to pay for one night of parking which is not exactly nearby as well. The machinery is confirmed to be owned by urban rest maintenance staff. We filed police report to have it removed due to safety issue and convenience but they can’t remove it due to it being in private land. It was very inconvenient and concerning for us for 3 nights. Also there are hidden nails/objects underneath every entry door to rooms on the second floor. And garbage wasn’t cleared when we checked in (already full in the bins in the garage)
