I stayed in this apartment for 7 days. The pictures look nice but the flat is even nicer in person. It is very cosy, quiet, and comfortable you will sleep like a baby. My stay was during Ramadan and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The location is excellent about 30 minutes from the airport during traffic and around 18 minutes without traffic with easy access to the main roads there are also many shops and restaurants nearby and it is only 5–10 minutes from Boulevard Riyadh City. The landlord Bander had excellent communication and clearly cares about his guests heis very trustworthy and provided all the information needed from directions to the apartment to the Wi-Fi details and the prayer direction. The flat has everything you need, just like a luxury hotel the TV has many apps and the internet is very fast which made it easy to relax and watch my favourite shows the fridge had drinking water along with coffee toiletries and disposable towels y really only need to bring your clothes and you will feel right at home. I had a great stay and felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you Bander for all your help. I wish you all the best with your future rentals. Until next time! ‎سكنت في هالشقة 7 أيام. الصور في الموقع حلوة، لكن الحقيقة الشقة أجمل بكثير على الطبيعة. المكان جداً مريح وهادئ وتحس فيه بالراحة، وبتنام نوم عميق. وكانت إقامتي خلال شهر رمضان وكان الجو جداً هادئ ومريح. ‎الموقع ممتاز، تقريباً 30 دقيقة للمطار وقت الزحمة، وحوالي 18 دقيقة بدون زحمة، والطريق له سهل ومتصّل بالطرق الرئيسية. فيه محلات ومطاعم كثيرة قريبة، وبرضه بوليفارد الرياض سيتي يبعد تقريباً 5–10 دقائق. ‎صاحب الشقة بندر كان تعامله جداً ممتاز ومتعاون، وواضح إنه يهتم بالضيوف. عطاني كل المعلومات اللي أحتاجها من طريقة الوصول للشقة الواي فأي، وحتى اتجاه القبله ‎الشقة فيها كل شيء تحتاجه تقريباً مثل فندق فخم. التلفزيون فيه تطبيقات كثيرة والإنترنت سريع جداً. كذلك كان فيه ماء في الثلاجة، قهوة مستلزمات حمام، ومناشف استخدام واحد. بصراحة كل اللي تحتاجه تجيب ملابسك وتحس كأنك في بيتك.
