Apartman Miracle

The apartment is incredibly neat, modern, and sparkling clean. It is located in a new building from 2024 with an elevator, on the third and top floor. Importantly, it is the only apartment on this floor, which provides a great sense of privacy. A big convenience is the parking space located right at the entrance doors to the building. The interior is wonderfully designed and offers plenty of storage space. There are three bedrooms available – two standard ones and one with an en-suite bathroom. Each of them is air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, and a very comfortable 160 cm wide bed. The living room is a great relaxation area with a large TV, air conditioning, and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, pots, and pans). Both bathrooms have comfortable shower cabins, and one of them also includes a washing machine. The real highlight is the terrace – the beautiful sea view makes drinking your morning coffee there on the armchairs a pure pleasure. It is also spacious enough that you can easily set up laundry drying racks. The location is also perfect. It is just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and crossing the main road is via an underpass (tunnel), which makes it very safe. A local shop is 1-2 minutes away, a bakery is within 3-4 minutes, and the center of Tučepi is a 5-minute walk. If you need to do bigger shopping, a hypermarket in Makarska is only a 5-minute drive away. Contact with the managing agency was exemplary. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, and getting a second set of keys was absolutely no problem. In summary: fantastic conditions where you can truly feel at home. I highly recommend it!

Bardzo polecam apartament miracle. Spędziliśmy tam super dni z pięknym widokiem na morze, każdą wolną chwilę spędzaliśmy na balkonie. Apartament bardzo duży każdy miał miejsce dla siebie. Kuchnia wyposażona w najważniejsze przybory. Miejsce nie dość że piękne i nowoczesne to również bardzo czyste. Na pewno tu wrócimy bo warto!
