Amazing space, great for couples

Maintained very badly. Crazy power fluctuations (had to repeatedly call the caretaker to switch on the generator), bathroom hand faucet broken, exposed wires in pool(scary!), stove was out of gas so we couldn't cook, not very clean (freezer and pool bathroom had items left behind by the previous guests which wasn't cleared, random packing boxes randomly in places, no bedsheet on sofa-cum bed. The space made it an okay experience but the maintenance was horrible. Also, I was made to pay upfront before even entering the property through an external agency (via whatsapp!) - I honestly thought it was a scam with the way they were handling things. StayJade admin weren't the most polite either(she hung up on me mid sentence because she was apparently eating her lunch. An advance would've been better than a complete payment, or via booking.com. this didn't seem safe or a normal practice of paying for booking.com
