The lady owner Thanh is very helpful. She welcomes us on arrival, helped us to manage our laundry with the shop near by without any extra top up. The room is great, clean and walking distance to night market and many great eating places. Good view from balcony.
The only negative about property is without lift. No issue with luggage as they will help to carry luggage up to my room. Will not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.

Очень доброжелательный хозяин, угощали фруктами детей, заселили чуть раньше! Номер со свежим ремонтом, есть балкон с хорошим видом. В целом отличное место для проживания.

They did laundry for free, the owner was pleasant to deal with
The bed was uncomfortable, I could hear traffic outside, there were 4 flights of stairs with no lift, there was loads of leftover food in the fridge and cupboards, the shower was inconsistent
