After landing close to 2:00 in the morning, we were exhausted and worried because we arrived much later than expected. The reception team was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us. As our booked room had already sold out, they kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category instead. Their professionalism and generosity made us feel genuinely cared for.

One thing I really appreciated was how helpful the front desk staff were. Even though English wasn't their strongest language, they were patient, friendly, and always did their best to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, peaceful, and the price was very reasonable for the quality provided.

The room wasn't very large, but it had everything I needed and was kept very clean throughout my visit. The location was incredibly convenient, especially with Emart just a short walk away for shopping and essentials. There were also plenty of local eateries nearby serving delicious Vietnamese food at reasonable prices. Combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, it made for a very enjoyable stay.
