Comfortable bed, clean apartment overall, we had a nespresso coffee machine that we enjoyed. Responsive host, helped out whenever needed. Good value for money.
The underground parking is very narrow, you need great skills to get out. Still only one elevator working for the entire building and the doors make a noise, it can be a bit scary, it seems like a lottery not to get stuck. Beware that they ask for a deposit. We had to ask for the deposit back as 3 weeks after our trip we saw no movement from their side. They did make the refund but retained taxes and service fees?! I have never experienced for the deposit not to be fully refunded, there are no taxes for deposits anywhere else in the world..
