The property is a lovely cottage with two bedrooms and a garden.
The heating hadn’t been on for some time and the weather was exceptionally cold for late March.

Excellent place, a mere 15-minutes' walk from the centre of town, set within a quiet suburban neighbourhood. I had a restful weekend amid its warm and cosy cottagecore vibes. Anne was helpful from the get-go, making sure that I got to the property safely (no thanks to Google Maps) and that the place was warm enough for me, and she is only a phone call away when I had any questions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and facilities within the place were all in good working condition.
Google Maps had led me down the wrong path, literally, and I wasn't too lucky this time about the weather in Ayr, but thank heaven for my waterproofs.... oh, the property though, it was a total blessing.

Superb communication with a very pleasant host. Minor issues discussed and rectified as best as possible. Superb location for central Ayr and mainly Burns Sq, not far from the beach.
My own personal preferences aren't don't contribute.
