Розташування, атмосфера, чистота, зручне ліжко.

Єдине що не сподобалось, це світло попри гардини та скляні двері з ванної кімнати вночі. Але це більше особливість моя особиста до сну. Хотілось би більше можливості вночі зменшити будь яке світло.

The N 04 studio is beautifully designed, there’s nothing missing for a comfortable stay and if you decided you want to make a simple meal - there’s a hob and all the necessary utensils (knives, forks, salt, pepper). The ceramic no plastic kettle was a particularly nice tough. The roof top terrace is stunning - you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The location is absolutely perfect - you are a 7 min walk to the beach and right next to the Opera house. The studio was spotless and the cleaning lady I interacted with was very helpful. The aircon is quiet and works perfectly. I had a minor issue and the host resolved it promptly.

The building also has a hostel on the lower 3 floors and the lift in the building is beautiful and old, however this particular studio shares a wall with the lift mechanism and every time someone used the lift it made a very loud thud noise in the apartment. On the first night of my stay there was a constant coming and going well after midnight and I was constantly woken up. If you are a light sleeper who appreciates good design - I’d highly recommend bringing ear plugs.
