Luxury 1BR with Aquatic View, District One

Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und geräumig, so sehr dass ich nun in der Gegend nach einer festen Wohnung zum Leben schaue.

Das Einzige ist dass die Lagune noch leer ist aber dafür kann ja Fabrizio nichts für :)

Stunning apartment in District One, honestly loved the experience. The area feels calm and private but is still really close to key areas like Downtown, so it was easy to get around. The lagoon (although emptied) and greenery around the community made it feel like a little escape in the middle of the city. The apartment itself was modern, bright, and super comfortable. Everything was clean, the furniture was good quality (Miele appliances), and it had all the basics you’d need for a short or long stay. The bedroom was cozy, and I liked how spacious the living area felt. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want a mix of luxury and convenience in Dubai. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. Fabrizio was a great host too, good at communicating and helpful when needed.

Lagoon was empty, which is likely due to maintenance. But otherwise nothing else to mention.

The place was clean and well maintained, all resources were available

The lagoon water was less due to some maintenance on the common facility but still acceptable
