Umah Anyar Villas Ubud

Great to have a private pool and subbed, fridge and kitchenette, water cooler, a large bed, and good strong air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff as well - when we saw dirt and marks on the bed sheets they came to change the sheets straight away. Despite a few issues, these were attended to as best as possible and we thought it was fairly priced.

Something to be aware of is that there is a strong smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. We asked to be moved from the first room and the second one seemed better but after a few hours the smell came back. Recommend bringing a scented candle or air freshener if you are sensitive to smells Also, while you can get Gojek and Grab bikes be aware that this is a more remote area than central Ubud. So some planning is necessary and you don’t have a huge amount of options for groceries and food nearby. We ended up ordering from Hary’s Cafe a lot - which was very nice and they delivered to the villa very promptly.
