L’emplacement etait un peu loin des endroits que nous avons visite mais le metro est à proximité donc ca va

De locatie was goed, dicht bij metro station en dichtbij winkels en market

De badkamer, douche kop hing boven wasbakje en naast wc, eerst de douche en daarna wc, dus natte voeten als iemand was wezen douchen, 3 badhanddoeken voor 3 personen voor 3 nachten en 1 wc rol, Geen hoeslaken op het bed, Eigenaar reageerde wel snel, en extra handdoeken mochten we uit een ander appartement halen, eigenaar zelf niet gezien. Quite cozy place, newly refurbished house, within walking distance from the Books street, Gukje marketing and BIFF area (10-15’). Calm surroundings and quite a few good restaurants nearby.

The area is a bit dirty around, obviously through reconstruction (half finished houses or abandoned buildings).

There's a bath tub. It's convenient.

It is not suitable for senior citizens or people who are a bit clumsy as the house design is quite bad. Especially the toilet at ground floor. Water leaks, you have to sit to shower and duck to go in the toilet. From 2nd floor 3rd floor, it is without handrail. The double decker bed is just too cramp. People sleeping top deck will need to be kids or be able to climb up and down and crawl about. There's quite a lot hazard. Lastly and the most important point, hot shower should be turned on at all times. My parents showered in cold shower at 5 degrees.
