2BR Townhouse Staycation in Montierra Uptown CDO

We decided to stay here since it's close to our relatives. Location is close to Uptown SM . Gated community with security guard , so it's safe to walk around the neighborhood. Apartment next to each other but it's quiet at night. Has its own parking area. Enough space for 4 people. A/C works good , clean and has kitchen if you cook which we did not use. Linens clean , rested well after a long travel. WiFi works great . Will recommend this place , feels like home.

Good AC in both the bedrooms and also in the living room/kitchen shared area, upstairs has a nice hot shower where you can adjust the heat, good sized fridge to, very safe subdivision and comfortable quiet area with 50 pesos community pool entrance for those interested. The beds were comfortable with a decent comforter and decent pillows, wardrobe in both bedrooms very nice to store clothes and other items. Working toilets with good water pressure for the bidets, showers also have a good water pressure.

Communication wasn't the best with response time often being delayed/slow, there was an ant infestation and I felt like the host was avoiding me on that and I had to contact booking.com in order to have the host deal with this issue, pest control came by to get rid of the ants but it's concerning to me that this wasn't dealt with before as they were living in the walls on the ground floor. Toilet seat upstairs is missing the seat itself, downstairs bathroom has no heater so only cold showers there, no shower curtains even though the clips are there which means the bathroom easily gets wets, especially the toilet. There's a stove/oven but the oven part doesn't work and its located in a separate room from the kitchen and needs an upgrade or at least a microwave in the house. Location sadly doesn't have any good foot paths at this moment so to get to stores or the mall so a car or taxi/grab is absolutely necessary to get out.
