Very nice stay, great location, still close to the centre, but you dont have to be stuck in the traffic. Clean, new and fully equipped apartment. We would come back for sure.

One of the couches smelled a bit, not a disaster.

Hosts available if we needed them with full instructions but we were left alone, which I prefer. Security of the building and parking top notch. A friend stayed at the NYX hotel on the main drag but were woken by boy racers up and down - we were away from this, thankfully. Apartment 203 is clean and modern, no noise from other guests. The essential dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, toilet rolls and mini toiletries available on arrival. Comfy sofas for lounging.

There was nothing I didn't like but a few hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms for hanging up towels and clothes would be beneficial. Some coat hangers in the wardrobes are essential. When you fly in with hand luggage you don't bring coat hangers and with such a lot of storage space it is a shame not to provide them. There is a bit of DIY regarding a hole in the wall behind the door in the communal bathroom which needs to be repaired, trivial but such a shame when the apartment is beautiful. None of the mentioned comments would stop us staying again.

The location was convenient, and the apartment itself was functional. Once the issues were reported, the staff responded politely and tried to assist.

The apartment was not ready at check-in due to a cleaning mix-up, and some basic items were missing. After moving the bed ourselves, we found the area underneath extremely dirty, which was very unpleasant, especially while traveling with a baby. The way requested kitchen items were delivered in a plastic bag did not meet the standards expected from a premium apartment.
