Da localização, ao lado da praia Copacabana, próximo restaurantes, cafés, farmácia etc., inclusive tem um supermercado pão de açúcar 24 horas bem pertinho.

O apartamento foi muito bom para uma pessoa (ou duas, cama de casal).
Se encontra muitos benefícios no apartamento, principalmente a localização.
Para adicionar mais dúas pessoas, ja deu mal (o sofa não é uma cama-sofa e muito curta mesmo para o tamanho de um brasileiro/-a).
Eu comuniquei bem antes, que amigos viriam a me visitar e dormir uma noite no apartamento.
A dona me informou que iria mandar alguem para arrumar a cama, mais ninguém veio. Faltou as toalhas para os dois amigos. Ainda bem que eles trazeram uma própria toalha de banho. Teriam ficado sem tomar banho no dia do check-out.

La ubicación, a media cuadra de la rambla y a media cuadra de supermercado, farmácias, bares y restaurantes.
En el baño había mucho olor a caño pero creo era algo de todo el edificio y no específico del apartamento. Teníamos que tener la puerta cerrada sino se sentía en todo el apartamento.

Location is literally the only bright spot.
Statistics and observations:
Check in: self check in - foreigners should request in person, lots of peculiar things and questions I needed answers for.
Customer service: very responsive - fast but unhelpful.
Water bottles for guest: 0
Paper towel/napkins: 0
Coffee: 0
Towels for 2 people for a week: 2
Bed: firm
Pillows: good
Shower: Just OK - bad smell from drain
Furniture: clean, comfortable
Bathroom: constant smell of sewage - they need to provide covers for drains, this is not uncommon in LATAM.
Noise level: school outside noise in day - refrigerator noisy at night. When i asked about fixing the refrigerator, I was told this is normal in Brazil.
Neighborhood: very close to 24/7 grocery and food options. Excellent beach access. Streets are dirty, noisy, lots of homeless people drinking and laying on sidewalk.
When I asked the host about trash bags I was told to go buy something at the store and use that bag.
