Modern und ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ich hatte die Wohnung im Keller, was ich schön fand, denn man hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine Terrasse vor der Tür. Das Bett ist bequem, die Ausstattung modern und schick, das Badezimmer ist groß, ebenso die Dusche

Es gab intern ein Missverständnis , was aber direkt behoben wurde. Trotzdem war es nicht ganz sauber, etwas staubig und viele kleine Tiere. Wirkte so als wird das nicht oft gemacht, dabei ist das zB mit einem Swiffer schnell und einfach erledigt.

Die Lage ist gut/Niebülls Ortskern ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas zu hoch aus meiner Sicht.

Es war sauber, das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig, die Dusche war einfach toll

Die Einrichtung war innovativ und jung. Gut gemacht. Viel Platz und ein großes Bad.

Das Entree scheint noch nicht fertig zu sein. Wenn das noch gemacht wird, ist es eine wirklich hübsche Unterkunft.
