We were told to pick up the key from a supermarket far from the apartment, which made us walk a long way with our luggage for no reason. When we got there, other people were already in the apartment and could have let us in. The host could have also just used a mailbox for the key. It felt like a pointless step, maybe to help the supermarket. We were also very surprised to find out it was not a private studio like we expected. It was just one room with a shared bathroom — this was never mentioned. We tried calling the host many times, but he didn’t answer. When he finally did, he was rude and said we could leave if we didn’t like it. The next day, he apologized and offered another place, but it was too late since we were checking out the next morning. We didn’t want to waste more time moving again. The room had more problems. The heater was broken, and there was only one working plug, which was for a small lamp — the only light in the room. So we had to choose between charging our phones in the dark or using the shared living room. Even though the place was clean, it felt like a scam. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Propriétaire n'arrivant pas à envoyer les instructions d'enregistrement puis non disponible. Obligation de reprogrammer en catastrophe avec Booking un relogement ailleurs. Plus de 2h perdues, un coût supérieur à celui initialement prévu et une localisation plus lointaine... Tout ça à cause d'une personne négligente qui n'arrivait pas à nous communiquer les instructions du check-in, nous a dit par la suite qu'il était à un salon au lieu de s'occuper de notre arrivée et qui a daigné nous présenter ses excuses qu'après que nous lui ayons demandées... Bref, du grand n'importe quoi. Heureusement, cela fait 20 ans que j'utilise Booking et c'est la 1ère fois que ça m'arrive.

Non c'è un bagno privato.

Ho prenotato una stanza con il bagno privato, ma così non è stato. Ci sono due bagni nell'appartamento e sono all'esterno delle stanze. Sono arrivata ed ho trovato un uomo uscire da uno dei due bagni (quello ad uso per le donne, con la sua roba personale all'interno). Le chiavi sono a disposizione di tutti, quindi non si può garantire l'esclusività. Perchè ci sono persone che pagano mensilmente. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni al proprietario, mi ha detto che ero l'unica donna nella struttura e potevo usare il bagno "per le donne", (quello nominato precedentemente, sempre all'esterno); invece mio padre doveva usare quello in comune maschile. Ho detto che avrebbe dovuto specificarmelo e che non era stato corretto. A quel punto mi ha chiamata, urlandomi contro che se non mi piaceva la struttura, di andarmene, senza darmi modo di replicare e chiudendomi il telefono in faccia. (Gli stavo rovinando la cena di compleanno della moglie). Mi ha rovinato l'ultima sera a Parigi, essendo che è successo tutto alle h21 mi sono ritrovata a cercare un altro hotel in cui stare. Esperienza pessima.

Excellent service et environnement très agréable

Érik a été très serviable, poli et patient, malgré mon manque d'attention et ma maladresse. La chambre était bien rangée, le lit confortable et nous avons été très bien accueillis. La cuisine était également agréable et propre. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisée car nous avons mangé à l'extérieur, mais cela vaut la peine d'être mentionné. Les salles de bain et les toilettes étaient aussi bien entretenues. Je séjournerais certainement à nouveau là bas si j'avais besoin dun logement dans cette région. Je remercie les hôtes pour leur excellent service.

Colocation surprise et parcours du combattant

point positif reste la localisation qui était proche de notre centre d’intérêt dans un quartier verdoyant et la place de parking qui a été offerte par le propriétaire.

Nous avons été très déçus par cette réservation. Sur l’annonce Booking, il n’est pas clairement précisé qu’il s’agit d’un appartement en colocation avec plusieurs chambres louées séparément. Nous pensions avoir réservé un appartement entier mais en réalité, nous n’avions qu’une chambre et d'autres personnes occupaient le logement. La procédure pour récupérer et restituer les clés est inutilement compliquée : il faut se déplacer dans un magasin Franprix (cela peut s'avérer difficile si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé et/ou avez des bagages avec vous ) alors qu’un locataire présent sur place aurait très bien pu nous les remettre en main propre vu que nous avons étéaccueilli par un locataire. Pareil pour le retour on aurait pu laisser la clé dans l’appartement mais non ! il a encore fallu faire un détour au Franprix décidément ...! C’est d’ailleurs presque ironique : à certains moments, on avait vraiment l’impression de participer à un escape game ou d’être dans Fort Boyard tellement les étapes étaient nombreuses et absurdes et les instructions trop longues. La communication avec le propriétaire est également trop chargée : entre les PDF, les vidéos, les liens, on finit par s’y perdre. Ce fut une épreuve !!! Rien de tout cela n’est précisé sur l’annonce ce qui rend l’expérience stressante surtout pour des voyageurs à pied ou avec des bagages. La salle de bains était censée être privative mais ce n’était pas clair non plus et on avait davantage l’impression qu’elle était partagée. Le seul point positif reste la localisation qui était proche de notre centre d’intérêt dans un quartier verdoyant et la place de parking qui a été offerte par le propriétaire. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est l’une des pires expériences que j’ai eues sur Booking à cause du manque de transparence, de simplicité et d’organisation. Je ne recommanderais pas cette location !

Un'ottima alternativa più informale e intima rispetto agli hotel

La posizione veramente molto comoda per raggiungere la metro RER, la tranquillità della zona, la presenza di alcuni market nelle vicinanze. Ci è piaciuto molto l'approccio del gestore della struttura, la sua grande disponibilità ed attenzione alla nostra soddisfazione ed alla buona riuscita della nostra vacanza.

Il fatto che il bagno fosse in comune con altri ospiti, anche se questo non ha avuto conseguenze negative sul nostro soggiorno.
