We found the property to be very cute and comfortable! Kiro seems like a really nice guy and his dogs were adorable and very friendly. The property is in a quiet area but still really close to the popular areas and the water front.

Everything was amazing. Kiro is an unbelievable Host, and he's also very thoughtful and comprehensive. For sure is the highlight of the staying: the peace of trusting. Wifi is good. The room is amazing. The whole house gives you a lot different opportunities to enjoy the resting moments out the busy afternoons in Dahab.

The rooster from the neighbor is broken. The guy keeps crowing in different schedules, mostly the night. But, as soon you get use to it, you can expect a very good staying.

A wonderful place with a great host who is responsive and friendly, but never intrusive. Beautifully decorated but not ostensibly so. Just nice little touches here and there. Aircon in bedroom works great, perfect! Decent mattress and good quality pillows. Spare blankets and throws in the cupboard. Other storage options in the bedroom are useful...a shelf with hangers, and a huge wooden drawer unit. Spacious house with a huge garden. WiFi worked well. Kitchen is well equipped to make a variety of meals. Fridge freezer is Spacious and works effectively to keep stuff cold or frozen. The futon style sofa was comfortable and the fan is ideal for the time of year. The high ceiling means the house was never too warm. All openings have netting to keep the flies and mozzies away, a really thoughtful feature. Water pressure from all taps is strong. Overall, enjoyed calling this place home!

Complimentary drinking water for the first day would be really appreciated. The ceiling light in the bathroom wasn't working, which wasn't terrible, but made for very slightly dark showering. The kitchen tap was leaky and odd to open and close, just a small maintenance issue. One of the bedsheets is near the end of it's useful life and should be replaced. There wasn't a TV as shown in the pics, but not an issue for me. Just a few small things that could elevate the experience in an otherwise beautiful residence.

The house is located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the shopping center, yet it is very quiet — unless the neighborhood's 10 or so cats are having a screeching party on the terrace, or when late in the night someone needs to talk loudly on his phone just in front of the house. Earplugs recommended. The beds are very comfortable, the furnishings cozy. Alternative blankets for warmer or colder nights can be taken from the closet. The bathroom is sufficiently large and very clean. The shower water heated up quickly and had sufficient pressure. Booking listed a bathtub, but that was a misinformation. Due to little space and numerous design dents, the table is not suitable for meals for three (there are also only two chairs), but offers enough space for working on two laptops. But we used the kitchen only for tea- and coffee-making anyway. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (which is very rare in Dahab for a whole week). The landlord was accommodating and helpful. We recommend and will come again.

Despite having precise coordinates, the taxi driver had great difficulty finding the house because there are at least three entrances to different houses at the location in question and there is no sign at the entrance. Of course, we looked for the house as it appears in photo 1. However, that is the courtyard side. A photo with the gate would be more helpful. Clothes hangers/storage and air conditioning are unfortunately only available in the larger bedroom, which does not have a window to the outside. If you don't want to run the air conditioning at night, you have to keep the doors to the bathroom and/or living room open. The toilet flush must run several times after “ large jobs ” until everything has disappeared, but it tends to trickle for hours if you don't press the button again after flushing.
