Logement super propre avec fourniture des draps et serviettes et produits entretient et café et condiments. Accueil très sympathique des hôtes. Quartier hyper calme et à 2 pas du centre ville.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont gîte très propre. On voit qu'ils en prennent bien soin. On se sent très à l'aise dans leur gîte! Sans oublier la richesse touristique de Semur-en-Auxois!

Gite très bien équipé avec 2 vrais douches sans rideaux. Vérandas lumineuse pour se reposer ou pour le repas . Hôtes très acceuillants avec fleurs et biscuits à l'arrivée . 4 chambres complètes avec ventillateur pour la canicule Cuisine bien équipée et climatisation présente . Parking aisé et quartier très calme. Proche de la drève ( 50m ) et magasins . Je recommande vivement ;
