We received the door code the day before arrival. I was able to share it with our family who were all arriving at different times. The house had plenty of room for us, extra parking. Plenty of dishes and nice pots and pans to cook in. The decor was beautiful, beachy with horse pics too. Enjoyed the games and the extra dining room table was nice at meal time. The porch was inviting! Everything was very clean and comfortable seating throughout. Lots of stairs, inside and out.
The fire alarms had dead batteries. We had to replace all 4 of them to keep them from beeping constantly. The only place that sold the 9v batteries on the island at 11pm was a gas station. So $25 and 45 mins into our first night were spent doing this chore. We also had to make all of our own beds, 6 of them. Not cool for a late night arrival. I have NEVER had to make my own bed at a rental house until this trip.

The location was wonderful. The garage use was helpful as well. The kitchen was stocked well with all the kitchen ware that was needed.
1. The ice maker was a continual problem. The freezer temperature did not appear to be cold enough so the ice would melt in the dispenser and clog up. Then the ice would melt more and the water tray was full of water and leak on to the floor.
2. The light above the bathroom shower in bedroom bathroom flickered on and off .
3. The air vent in hall bathroom was full of dust. Definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced.
4.The dishwasher was finicky. It took several attempts to get the start button to begin the wash cycle.
5. The cleanliness of the home overall was mediocre. There were a few pieces of candy on the pantry floor. Also I don’t typically look under the couch however we had a three year-old with toys and on occasion, we would have to look under the couch to find the cars, and that area looked like it had not been cleaned or swept.
6. Some window mini blinds were broken and did not allow us to put them up or down.
7. My grandson liked the bedroom with the bunks however there is a crack in the ladder, which at times we felt was unsafe.
