Brand new apartment

The location was good. The host was responsive. The place was comfortable.

Check in instructions were not sent in advance. The directions to the property were bad. The lock keypad on the door will not light up unless you touch the keypad but you cannot see if you are touching the correct button for the first digit so often you have to start over multiple times. The apartment staff member escorted me to the room and watched me enter the keypad code, which I did not appreciate. Fortunately, the contact of the apartment changed the code remotely when I asked them to. Had trouble figuring out which switches controlled what. The TV in the living room did not work properly until it was unplugged and plugged back in.
