Counting Corks - Waterfront, Pet friendly, private dock!

The house was clean and it's very comfortable. It's very well thought decorated. The back deck It's so nice and peaceful.

The communication could have been better and divided. Too much information is sent at once where the check in code is in the middle of it, so very hard to find. For some reason, the living room and some parts of the kitchen get full of bugs at night, but we didn't have any doors or windows opened.

The rental company was super friendly and great to work with. Directions were super easy to follow. House was amazing. Clean, equiped with everything we needed. The dock was amazing and peaceful! Will definitely go again.

So quiet and beautiful place, everything we were looking for and more. We've really enjoyed the dock, we used it to catch crabs, fish, go paddleboarding and relax. It was the best. The house is also well equipped (many cooking and eating utensils) and decorated. The bar area was a nice addition for the kids to hang out in, as we don't drink. The yard is super cute and functional, we've played games and cooked smores. The front neighbor sells clams and they were delicious. All the neighbors are really nice, we've talked to a few as it's a very residential place and the owner lives nearby. The nearby beach is very peaceful and at the same time close enough to market and Cape Charles. We rode bikes to the nearby beaches and explored the region. Best summer chill.

I wish we knew we could access the garage before as it would have saved us time and money. Also, offering dish soap and shower soap would have been nice. The company that manages the house could be more responsive.
