The property offered everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable The hot tub was amazing
Nothing. The only criticism was that we tried to contact the caretaker over minor problems but didn’t get a reply.

The lodge was spacious and generally well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and leisure facilities were great and staff were helpful and friendly. The cafe was good. It was a 20 min walk to Carbis Bay (beautiful!) and about an hour to St Ives.
Some areas (bathroom floors and shower trim) were rather tired and some repairs seemed rather basic. Response to queries was mixed from not responding to original call, not bringing promised firestarting kit and wood, to bringing it in 30 mins 2 days later after additional request. There was hair and faded lipstick on one of the sheets. The sofas were a bit hard.
