Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo con tutti i confort, camere ampie e grande bagno, proprietario disponibile e gentile, dolci di benvenuto. Prezioso il posteggio sotto casa. Location comodissima per fare il giro dei 5 laghi, Ivrea a 5 minuti di auto, a due minuti a piedi c'è uno splendido bar-pasticceria. Consigliatissimo.

Arrived late night and owner was awake to answer all my questions. The property was remodeled well.
I arrived at late night and got an instruction to open the parking gate. 1. Took a while to find apartment unit 2. It is on 2nd floor - meaning 3rd floor in U.S. - long hike without elevator 3. Refrigerator was turned off - had to find circuit breaker box to turn on 4. No hot water - had to find water heater to turn on and wait 30 minutes for water to warm
