The staff was friendly and helpful. Someone was always around to look after. Check in was smooth, check out took a bit longer than expected.
The dental kit in our room was a recycled one and is a huge let down for us. I found a human hair on one of the toothbrush when I took it out of the sealed packet, the toothpaste was also a used one. I informed the staff about this during check out.
Breakfast was good, however took a very long time for some of the items we ordered, one of which didn't show up after multiple reminders, hence we left without it.

Property is new . Restaurant is clean and neat
Maintenance required . Door closer was broken. Website shows sofa cum bed in hallroom but in reality small sofa only was provided .

2bh with good rooms and good space
Staffs were very strict with rules which is good but for those guest who travel long distance just to njoy the place and due to rainy seasons things don't go as per plan some time and restrictions can be considered and that consideration was missing
