This is the perfect little getaway cottage, for a relaxing peaceful weekend. We were there on business, so not much time for leisure, but I appreciated the quiet neighbors and a relaxing morning on the enclosed patio. Plenty of hot running water, super comfy bed and everything you need for cooking. Quaint cottage.

Location and grounds are very nice.
Air conditioner did not work. Staff tried to fix right away, much appreciated but couldn’t fix at that time.

The location is excellent, very close to downtown Lake Placid. We went kayaking on the lake using the properties free kayaks (a real blessing). The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice updated bathroom. The check in and departure process was seamless. I would definitely stay there again!
