Excellent value for money. Smedby is less than 10 minutes to Kalmar center by car. There is a local bus which goes by the property but we had not tried it. We have the loft to ourselves. And the kitchen has everything for our stay. The loft was clean and bright. There is a heater in the basement bathroom/toilet which makes life very comfy. All the essential toiletries are provided just like in a hotel. There is also a washing machine and tumbler dryer next to the bathroom. Of course our Dutch host, Bart is very friendly and helpful.

The winding stairs leading to the loft and down to the basement as the elevator was not in operation during our 4 night stay. One has to be very careful when going down to the toilet at night despite the bright lights provided.

Fijne rustige oorspronkelijke locatie boven een dansschool(tango), Heeft een wat vreemde indeling, maar Bart heeft ons uitgelegd hoe deze is ontstaan. Goed uitgangslocatie voor uitstapjes naar Öland en Kalmar.
