Jó elhelyezkedés, mégis csendes. Könnyű megközelítés tömegközlekedéssel. Szép kilátás a tengerre. Közel a belváros.
Kicsit bonyolultan intézte a szelektív hulladékgyűjtést a tulajdonos. 3 éjszakás tartózkodás esetén nehézkes minden hulladék megfelelő kihelyezése. Ezt rugalmasabban kellett volna kezelnie.
