Bel emplacement, le parking et le box à vélos même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Appartement en bon état et bien pensé.

Pas possible de prendre les repas dans le balcon car trop froid en cette période de froid (du 2 au 4 janvier 2026) et buée sur les carreaux, avec le soleil du midi nous avons pu déjeuner dedans mais si non il faut rentrer une table et des chaise à l'intérieur.
Nous ne somment pas tombé le bon jour car ascenseur en panne (très rare apparemment) nous avons dû tout monter chargés 2 tours à deux à pied les 8 étages... heureusement quelqu'un a prévenu le dépanneur et l'ascenseur a été dépanné le soir...
