Excellent customer service. The husband and wife proprietors were lovely. They made every effort to make the 3 night stay really comfortable. Ms Tiya assisted us on arranging for a driver to pick us up at night from the crowded train station, then helped us to obtain food upon check in as most restaurants were closed. For sightseeing, she arranged another driver at low cost for a day. Assisted us with our washed laundry when we were out all day. Very attention to detail. Made good coffee and craft beer on site!

My husband and I stayed here for 3D2N. It’s a very cosy and warm home stay. Good value for money. The place is modern, chic, clean and charming. Location is great, not too near tourist crowds. But near Erhai lake.
Can’t find any fault with the property.
