First moena is a great starting point to discover the dolomites, plus its cooler in summer than other area which is much needed since there is no air conditioner and it can be really HOT in some areas,, now we talk about the place in points:
1. The flat has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a big hall, which is very convieniece for large group or big families such as us.
2. Kitchen is well equiped BUT small the preparation space is very tiny.
3. Nice big balcony with beautiful views of the village
4. The lady host was kind and welcoming (forgot the name).
5. Nice garden for children to stritch
6. CLEAN.
Now for the things thats you need to consider:
1. First and most important drow back in the experience was the guy at the disk, who tried to scam me at check out with no other word to describe, and let me explain,,
I booked for 7 people (5 adults+ 2 kids), we arive as 8 people (4 adult+ 4 kids) with 1 (4 years) little girl as EXTRA, at checkin everything was fine since i explain that we had 1 extra baby on board,
2 days later the lady told me that i need to pay 42€ extra explaining as its for city tax (which i didnt mind), at CHECKOUT after 7 days! the guy at the desk told me that i need to pay 50€ for EACH DAY, as im having extra person with me (4 years baby!), plus the 42€ city tax, so in total 392€!!! And i paid for 7 person for the hall stay total of 912€ so almost half the price for 4 years old baby!! How stupid is that to ask!!! Sure i didnt accept and paid only the 42€ city tax which was also more than normal price of 1.5 in each day (should be 10.5€ not 42!), so this scam play you need to be aware of.
2. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
3. Flat at second floor (something you need to consider).
4. Poor Sound proof between rooms.
5. Poor aminities (garbage bags- salt paper -oil).
This was going to be solid 9+ stay, but this incident ruined the hall thing, i give it 8 from me being a good person, otherwise what happen should take it to 4 directly.

Znakomita lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na Moene i Dolomity, ski room z suszarkami do butów, czysto.kilkanaście minut spacerem do ścisłego centrum Moeny.Apartament jasny,pełen naturalnego swiatła. Duzy i dostępny parking dla gości. Przestronne pomieszczenia, darmowe wif, zmywarka do naczyń.Wygodny. Przyjazny personel.
Średnie wyposażenie kuchni ( 4 pokojowy apartament ma zaledwie kilka szklanek czy talerzy, brak kieliszków do wina), brak pralki, stan techniczny toalet w 2óch pokojach nie był najlepszy. Brak kawiarki czy zwykłego ekspresu przelewowego do kawy, co w większosci obiektów we Wloszech jest standardem ( dostepny wylącznie ekspres na kapsułki- drogi w obsłudze i malo ekologiczny). Ważny kontekst: apartament wynajmowany za niemal 3000 eur za tydzień ,wiec nieco lepsze wyposażenie w relatywnie tani sprzet typu kawiarka czy szklanki/ kieliszki/ talerze + zadbanie o stan techniczny urzadzeń sanitarnych nie powinien być wygórowanym wymaganiem.
