The position for our event it was perfect
The house was very nice quiet area too yet five minutes from local amenities
The only thing I could comment on was that the cutlery and culinary equipment was shy of items only 5 settings for dinner we had to use baby cutlery and no scissors only little things but make a difference

Location and was a good size
It was not in the best condition, which was a shame, We were asked to take out insurance against damage however, the carpets were dirty, the upstairs toilet was broken and unusable, we had a child with us but the spare bed was broken! The garden had an open drain cover, paving slaps were loose and a trip hazard, so not very impressed.

Very nice and comfortable house. Good for a family. Nice neighbours, beautiful garden, and a short distance for your daily needs.
Short walks to busses, tram and trains, and great parks in the neighbourhood.

Great location for us with public transport and supermarkets close by. A spacious property with three levels so easily accommodated three couples.
The property is tired and requires maintenance and cleaning to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
