Overall, the facility was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant experience. I would also like to recognize Mr. Ahmed, who was very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout my stay.
Regarding the areas for improvement, I noticed that there were no cleaning tools, washing machine, or microwave available in the facility. Providing these basic amenities would make the stay more convenient for guests.
Other than these points, I was very satisfied with the facility and my overall experience. If I visit Jeddah again, I would be happy to book the same facility.

كل شي اعجبني تقريبا النظافة التنسيق المحتويات المواقف قرب الخدمات الهدوء التعامل
الدرج جدا مرتفع لا يوجد وسيلة مريحة او سهله لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكبار السن للوصول للغرف لم يتم توفير البطانيات للعدد الكامل للاشخاص المسجلين ولا يوجد عدد احتياطي منها لدى القائمين على الخدمه صعوبه في تسجيل الدخول لا يوجد مكتب استقبال
