Die sehr zentrale Lage mit nur 10 min Laufweg zum Central Station
Verkehrslärm durch nahe Bundesstraße. Die Sauberkeit von Teppichboden (wir mussten 5 komplett staubsaugen bis einigermaßen eine Grundreinigung gegeben war), auch Küche und Bad waren wirklich stark verschmutzt und lassen zu wünschen übrig. Aus dem Kühlschrank lief 1 mal am Tag das Kondenswasser raus und verteilte sich als Pfütze auf dem Küchenboden … Der Pool auf dem Dach war geschlossen und ohne Wasser- die kompletten 4 Wochen! 1 Aufzug von 2 Stück war die gesamte letzte Woche defekt. Dafür das wir 2 Seiten Verhaltens-anweisungen mit strengsten Regeln und Androhung von Strafen signieren mussten, war der Gegenwert nicht vorhanden…!
