The staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Particular recognition is deserved to Sanju and the Czech lady from the restaurant is a real asset to the hotel.
Sanju consistently followed up on our stay, and whilst we had a mishap upon arrival - provided a recovery, that exceeded our expectations.
The Czech lady stayed on top of our lunches and dinners, engaging friendly with our kids whilst providing excellent service.
Highly recommended!
