Residencial Casa Mauá - Conforto e Elegância

Stayed for 4 nights and I can say that building is secured and not everyone can easily enter. The entire room is clean and property is a 2-minute walk to tram and about 10-minute walk to Uruguaiana Metro station. There was a small grocery store and bakery down the building.

Receptionist or security people are locals and they don't speak English, it was quite challenging to be honest. We woke up one morning around 5:30 AM with water leakage on the ceiling and eventually, electricity went off. Had to fix our things because of this then owner had to send people to clean the apartment. Brought attention to the property owner and to security (imagine dealing this first thing in the morning). To be fair, they fixed everything before we came back to the property around afternoon but we never expected to deal with this during our stay. Weak shower pressure. Blanket too thin and towels looked overused and old.

Nada.
