La vue, l'emplacement et l'agencement de l'appartement.
Le manque de clim serait un vrai plus surtout avec les chaleurs du moment. Le fait d'avoir l'impression de vivre avec les voisins sur la terrasse.... surtout quand les voisins fument et regarde avec insistance vers notre terrasse... resultat on en a pas vraiment profité et on a manger a l'interieur... vraiment dommage un petit brise vue serait bienvenue pour la tranquilité de chacun. Le fait qu'il ni est pas de lingette microfibre pour faire les vitres car le produit est la mais rien pour aller avec donc obliger d'acheter un chiffon pour faire les vitres le dernier jour.
