Welcome to Sunny Side, a modern and spacious 5-bedroom retreat in the heart of Bear Lake, Utah, just minutes from Ideal Beach Resort. Designed for families and large groups, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests while offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Enjoy the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather in the multiple living areas after a day at the lake.
The Space
Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each with its own cozy gas fireplace, making it easy for everyone to spread out while still spending time together. The generously sized bedrooms—including a fun bunk room with a foosball table—offer plenty of space, and most feature their own ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning, one of the few homes in the Bear Lake area to offer both. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for your group simple, while ample parking provides space for multiple vehicles and trailers.

Loved the two refrigerators! Loved all of the bathrooms and showers! Loved the open feel of the family and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings! Awesome view! I feel the trail from the lower parking to the upper side door could be better cleared from weeds and stickers!

Extremely comfortable size for our large group. Conveniently located bathrooms and plenty of them. Everyone enjoyed the deck and the beautiful view! The foosball table and the kids couch and tv made the upstairs areas way less hectic. With two fridges and all the kitchenware we needed we could have stayed much longer. We loved the yellow house charm and will be booking another stay!
