I truly wish i could have given 5 stars, because overall we had a good stay, for the amount of time we were at the appartment. We really appreciated the check-in video with all the instructions it was helpful. The team that takes care of this place is amazing, friendly and the communication was easy. We had issue with hot water and they quickly fixed it. The place is well equiped, location is good if you have a car.Now i didn't give a 5 stars for these 2 reasons.- it is advertised that there is 2 bathroom, but we could only use the shower in the master bedroom. the shower head holder in the other stand alone shower doesn't hold it. You have to hold the head while you shower and with only a curtain all around it is easy to make mess. (I would strongly suggest it get fixed)- second resaon and this one it is sadly outside of the management team or owner control. But the walls are made in paper. The family on top of the appartment is so loud! Every evenings and morning we would hear a kid running, banging things, hit a ball on the wall for hours you hear all the footsteps. They woke us up every morning and prevented us to fall a sleep at night, we decided to watch Tv and wait for them to go to bed first, we also bought earplugs. It was really annoying, but again its just something they can't control.
