This home has a very large kitchen area great for entertaining with a fireplace, all stainless-steel appliances, a photo area, and a lanai, All the bedrooms are decorated coastal with a relaxing touch.
A added bonus is a separate guest house that has a queen bed, tv, setting area, fridge and microwave.

very large kitchen, which is great for entertaining, Great pool and outdoor space, with plenty of pool toys, very peaceful and quit Neiborhood, 3 minutes away from the intercostal which is lined with great restaurants, a few of our favorites is Tiki docks and Iron axe.

Pros: Check-in system very easy and worry free, all well, also very clean overall, kitchen has all type of tools one needs to make great meals. Dawn ambient lighting in the house/garden/pool is extremely comfortingCons: Main bathtub showerhead too low for a 5' foot person, shower window and toilet needs TLC urgent. "Main Hot water thermostat needs to be turned cooler" for is scalding temp burns as you shower or clean dishes.Over place gets A

Our daughter’s graduation weekend and the family came in to celebrate. The home was a perfect place to house the family and we were able to celebrate and relax for the weekend. Matt and Tracy were immediately available for questions and very gracious. The house was perfect from the comfortable beds to the abondance of towels to the relaxing pool area.
