As hosts, my wife and I prioritize our guests' privacy, ensuring they have a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Yet, if there's anything they require, we're just a message away, eager to help make their experience enjoyable and comfortable.
We do have a large double driveway for bigger vehicles, but it is steep. Keep in mind that lower cars will not be able to get in and out of the driveway
Please note that our house, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, is a family home. Therefore, we kindly ask for respectful behavior towards the neighbors, especially between 10pm and 7am. In line with official Airbnb policies, parties, large gatherings, or events are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes loud noise, music, excessive consumption of alcohol, and any use of drugs or illegal substances on the entire property at any time.
To maintain cleanliness, we would appreciate it if you didn’t wear shoes inside the house and no pets. We have a strict NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on our property. Additionally, only guests registered on the booking reservation or otherwise approved by the host are allowed to enter the premises at any given moment.
If you intend to receive additional guests, please obtain prior approval from the host. Failure to do so can result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. With confirmation of the booking, guests accept all house rules as outlined in this listing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Loved the house! Very spacious and accommodating. Christmas decorations were wonderful and welcoming since we had to be away from home for the holidays! What we were most impressed by was the responsiveness of the host, Bakhshish. There were no major problems but just questions which were answered very quickly:) We also loved the surprise Georgetown cupcakes - yum and thank you! Would definitely book again:)

Very clean and cozy residence. Beds were nice and cozy. Large kitchen. Very spacious. Driveway is steep but we had a Chevy Tahoe and was fine. Lower

Everything about this house was amazing! The way every one was spaced out was perfect! The host was absolutely THE BEST! He helped us so much even through a small issue we had before we arrived. Communication was top tier through out the stay! He showed a lot of care & was always there to help. I would definitely stay here again & again!
