About this house rental
A serene beachfront home nestled along the pristine coastline of the Sea of Cortez. This newly built casa offers an abundance of space, both indoors and out, providing a perfect sanctuary to unwind and enjoy your family. The open floor plan emphasizes the breathtaking ocean views, with large windows letting in the warm Mexican sun.
Included is sleeping spaces for 16. Perfect for family groups.
The space
Casa Estrella is a new home that was finished in 2024. It is directly on the beach so you can just walk out the back door straight to the ocean. The beach is very private and has very few people on it. There are miles of sand without rocks that you can take long walks on.
The home has a large gathering area with an incredibly beautiful boveda ceiling. All furnishings are brand new. Please take care of our home like you would your own. All rooms have A/C and heat split units.
The great room contains the kitchen and living spaces and has two large sliding glass doors for viewing and accessing the gorgeous beach.
The kitchen has plenty of storage space with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and island with room seating for three. The table has plenty of seating for your group. The kitchen is well stocked and has all you would need to make meals.
The living space has a large sectional and chair for room to watch movies on the 75 inch TV after sunset. There is also a Queen Murphy bed (linens included) for an additional sleeping space for two. The chair also pulls out into a twin bed for a sleeping space for one.
There are four bedrooms, all with large private ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional half bathroom in the front hallway. All bedrooms have a closet with drawers and hanging spaces to store your belongings.
Bedroom 1 is conveniently located off the living room and has a sliding glass door with a beautiful view of the ocean or to quickly access the back patio and beach. It sleeps up to 4.
