About this house rental
A little hidden treasure in the middle of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park. Inverenzie Cottage is the perfect hideaway in a peaceful environment. Its breathtaking surroundings make Inverenzie an amazing place to clear your mind, enjoy beautiful hikes, go on adventurous bike rides, play some golf or taste some amazing highland spirits. With only 15 minutes away from Balmoral Castle, we call The Royal Family our neighbours. Our local village (Ballater) provides you everything you need.
Inverenzie Cottage has a cosy living room with an open space kitchen and beautiful views over the rolling hills.
Downstairs, you will also find a separate toilet and an ensuite double bedroom with two single beds (which can be turned into a double bed upon request).
Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with a spacious bathroom including a shower, a separate bath with views and a toilet. Please note this double bed can`t be twinned.
We welcome one small to medium size dog providing they stay downstairs. Please note dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on sofas.
Guest can use the whole house.
We are reachable by phone or whatsapp .
There is a lot of private parking nearby.
The cottage is in a quiet rural area. That gives you the stunning views. We advise not to come with a low car as the last 4 miles is an unpaved road.
Ballater has an outstanding restaurant, some traditional pubs, a delicacy store, the royal butcher and a coop.
We have a little travel guide here where a lot of information can be found.

This is an incredible property that provides privacy, beautiful accommodations, and wildlife. The cottage was very well appointed and satisfied all of our needs during the stay. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces were much more impressive in person. We would love to come back in the future.
