Welcome to the Garden Suite!
We are in the midst of switching to vrbo from Air-BnB's site. You can find past reviews on their website using `.com/h/gardensuitempls`
Located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to many amenities, we're only a 15m drive to Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, or the airport. We’re 1.5 blocks off Minnehaha Creek, right between Lake Harriet and Lake Nokomis, and within 1.5 miles to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and more.
Our private basement suite has:

Garage parking (security camera in garage)
A comfy queen bed
Large couch
TV/AppleTV
Bathroom with heated floors
Garden patio
Cozy fireplace
Fast Wifi
More about the space:
This basement suite walks out into our backyard and has a giant window overlooking our gardens. This is a fully private space and you’ll have your own entrance with a self-check in.
Please note that we do not have a kitchen or kitchen sink and ask that you do not wash dishes in the bathroom. Please think of our setup as similar to a hotel room with slightly more amenities. :)
There’s a cozy gas fireplace for seasonal use (available October to March), a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors, beautiful gardens in the spring and summer, your own patio area for morning coffee or wine in the evenings, and a very comfy queen bed (with a heated blanket for cold nights).
The space can easily accommodate two people in the queen, and there is the option to have a third person sleep on the Ikea couch (not a pull out, but 93" long).
Basic amenities provided:

* Conditioner
* Lotion
* Coffee and selection of tea
* Electric kettle
* Safe Tap Water
* Fridge
* Microwave
* Toaster
* Sound machine
* Roku
* Wifi
Early check-in and late check-out may be available with prior permission.
We do live upstairs and so noise does travel between the two spaces. Quiet hours are 11PM - 8 AM and we are fairly quiet overall.

A perfect urban retreat! We so appreciated this cozy space and everything about it was effortless. Easy secure parking, cozy lounging area and super comfortable bed. Definitely a great spot!

The Garden Suite was a wonderful place to stay! The location is perfect for exploring Minneapolis, Anissa was a welcoming and thoughtful host, and garage parking was easy, too! If I visit in the future, I would be excited to stay here again!

Very beautiful room. Host was quick to answer any questions. Only minor inconvenience was temperature which we got figured out & host checked in on us to make sure everything was good! Bathroom was beautiful, Bedroom area was comfortable, Outside was very cute. I would stay in this room again if available!
