About this cottage rental
Quiet, private and close to the lake. Guest house sits back at end of long driveway against the hill.
Everything you need to stay a month or long term stay. Occasionally shorter visits are available.
There is a small couch which does not fold out but there is room for a child to sleep.
Well trained dogs are welcome. Please offer description and confirm if you have a cage for when you are not there. No cats please!
When inquiring please tell me something about you. Where you reside, what brings you to the area, what is your profession. Completing a profile is strongly recommended.
We have a 52” Sony flat tv which can be pulled forward and rotated. We have Apple TV with UTube TV, Netflix, Prime Video and PBS. The place is heated and cooled using a Mitsubishi min split unit which is very quiet! We have a washer and dryer! Mobile garment rack for additional clothes.
We have a Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, creamer and tea. Snacks and bottled water are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs.
This space is sealed with a dehumidifier in the bathroom for total comfort and turns off when humidity level is met.
The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so please throw away all food items into the trash. Also, please don't use anything but toilet paper in the toilet.
We have some extra storage space in my main house garage and room for a car if it looks like hail is coming. There is also a Tesla charger and adapter for most electric cars at no charge.
