• Large equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils
• 2 well-maintained retro-style bathrooms (green & pink)

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and its sea-view balcony.
You will be welcomed in person on arrival.

• 1 km from Valras-Plage town centre
Shops, restaurants, entertainment and the local market are all within easy walking distance. Everything can be done on foot.

• Béziers train station: 20 minutes by car
• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 15 minutes by car
• Public paid parking in Valras-Plage: approx. €35 / week or €7 / day
