About this house rental

You will be lodging in a sound proof 2 Bedroom Basement suite, in a home in Northeast Edmonton. Two minutes to four major Banks, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Sobeys, Save-On-Foods, No Frills, A&W, Dairy Queen, Shopper's Drug Mart, Walk-in clinic, etc.

*Check in 3pm ~ Check out 11am*

Easy access to Anthony Henday, Yellowhead Highway, Highways 15, 21, 28, 37. Conveniently located in the corridor of Northern Alberta.

The suite has a separate side entrance on the left side of the Home (beside the Porch). When we say it's cozy, it has its own separate furnace. You will feel warmth in the winter in the 600 sq ft space.

The living room has a 55" Samsung LED Television, power reclining leather couch.

The Suite was recently developed, brand new Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer, 2 very comfortable Queen size beds in the bedrooms. The rooms have adequate shelving in the closet.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cooking supplies, toaster, K-cup Coffee machine.

There is a dedicated computer station.

Laundry is free. The Laundry room has a new Samsung Washer/Dryer stacked front load unit, cleaning supplies such as mop, broom, dust pan, recycle bin, etc.

Perfect stay for the working profession.

Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Property manager was very accommodating and communicated very well. I wouldn't however recommend to elderly as the steps down are steep and the tub height is hard as their is no grab bar.Overall a very nice Property and our stay was great!
