About this house rental
A great place to bring the whole family with lots of room for fun and relaxation. We are 30 minutes from Lake Mead recreational area, 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, and 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

This is a ranch style property and neighborhood. There are farm animals located on the property (1 acre lot) however, they are divided away from the house and immediate surroundings. They are NOT accessible to guests nor can they come near guests. There are also roosters and chickens on the neighbors property.

Great rental property, only problem I had was I kept bumping my head on the overhead light above the stove, it sits a little low.

We had a great stay. Nice clean house big rooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay.

Property was clean and maintained except for the pool. It was pretty dirty looking and had to be screened multiple times everyday. Pool maintenance is not what i want to do on my vacation. Too many bugs, chicken feathers and other debris. Although you did disclose that there were chickens nearby in the listing it was hard to relax with the rooster and chickens so close making so much noise. I felt like I was in the Las Vegas country or something. It was weird. Loved the openess of the kitchen but hated the low hanging hood. My guests as well as myself hit my head on it. Front door lock was annoying and difficult to use. The master bedroom needed a lamp or more lighting treatment. It was so dark in there trying to get ready to go out. The complimentary snack basket and bottles of water were nice. I actually left my arm icing device in the freezer if you could can you please donate it to El dorado high school baseball team. Also the steps by the pool outside and by the black gate to get to the pool area maybe should have some kind of reflective tape it blended in and was hard to notice that there was a step there. Overall i was pleased and hopefully this helps you with updates to help please the next people to stay here thank you so much.
